We specialise in the Editing, Proofreading, Academic Reviews and Formatting of
Academic manuscripts: Theses, Dissertations, Proposals, Journal articles, Books, Book chapters, Strategic Planning and Project Management Workshops, Academic writing workshops and Research. Formatting/Technical Editing

We correct and cross check the Table of Contents.
• We do the correct page numbering; with the fore pages being in roman figures.
• We draw up an automatic Table of Contents for those clients who prefer it.

• We ensure that all headings are presented correctly and tally with the Table of
Contents.
• We ensure all manuscripts are properly aligned and professionally presented.
• We adhere to the various formatting house styles and ensure that a manuscript is
presented as per university/institutional guidelines.


What the client gets back at the end of the editing process:

A track changes copy so that the client is satisfied that the manuscript has, indeed,
been edited.
A clean copy; depending on the work done, this may either be ready for submission or
may still need the client’s attention to some corrections.
A report of some of the changes made on the manuscript.
A certificate of professional edit.


Proofreading:

We proofread your manuscript and ensure that each word is spelt correctly.
• We run a proofreading software to ensure that your manuscript is professionally
presented.
• At the end of the editing process, we provide the client with an editing certificate as
proof that the manuscript has been professionally edited.

Prof VT Zengele/Co-founder and Director:

I do both language, content editing and the pre-examination of manuscripts since I have successfully supervised more than 40 theses and dissertations. I have examined more than 40 theses and dissertations nationally and internationally. I have been appointed as an arbiter where there is no consensus among examiners as well.

I use computer software for technical editing as professional tools before commencing with standard editing. I edit content by providing a review of the work submitted, the use of academic language and reference list till the manuscript is print ready for submission. Upon completion, I present to you both the edited and the final editions after the proof of payment has been received.
If you do not have university funding or bursary for this project, you may opt to do your own formatting to reduce costs.
I am also open to negotiation for a lower rate with sincere clients. If you accept my quote, I will send the invoice and only begin working once you have accepted. Our company provides a 10% discount to clients without funding
 I assist clients with proposal writing, academic writing and article writing for publication.
